Exchange Policy – Noyzee
At Noyzee, we currently offer exchanges only. Refunds and returns are not accepted under any circumstances.
Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order and are applicable only for size changes, subject to stock availability.
To be eligible for an exchange:

The item must be unused and unwashed

It must be returned in its original packaging

All tags must be intact
Please note:

Sale items, accessories, and limited-edition drops are not eligible for exchange, unless the item received is defective or incorrect

If the requested size is out of stock, an exchange will not be possible and store credit will be issued instead

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for exchanges, except in cases where we have sent a defective or incorrect item
