No Refunds or Returns Policy

Exchange Policy – Noyzee

At Noyzee, we currently offer exchanges only. Refunds and returns are not accepted under any circumstances.

Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order and are applicable only for size changes, subject to stock availability.

To be eligible for an exchange:

  • The item must be unused and unwashed

  • It must be returned in its original packaging

  • All tags must be intact

Please note:

  • Sale items, accessories, and limited-edition drops are not eligible for exchange, unless the item received is defective or incorrect

  • If the requested size is out of stock, an exchange will not be possible and store credit will be issued instead

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for exchanges, except in cases where we have sent a defective or incorrect item

Please ensure you submit your request within the 7-day window and retain your proof of postage until the exchange process is completed.
